For bookings by e-mail or phone or for direct bookings via our website.
- Your reservation can be cancelled free of charge by either party at the latest up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date.
- From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, 40% of the total agreed amount will be charged as the cancellation fee.
- From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival, 70% of the total agreed amount will be charged as the cancellation fee.
- In the case of cancellation during the week prior to the agreed arrival, no show or early departure, 90% of the total agreed amount will be charged as the cancellation fee.
If the deposit is refunded, an administration fee of EUR 30 will be retained.
In the event of a border or hotel closure and/or lockdown, you can cancel your booking free of charge. In this case, we will credit any deposit already paid (valid for an indefinite period and transferable), change your booking or return your deposit. This is of course free of charge and there is no administration fee.
We want you to feel safe. What if you can't go on your well-deserved holiday because you are sick or have tested positive for Covid? We strongly recommend that you take out insurance in case things don't go to plan. We recommend the Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance (including helicopter rescue) from Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. You can find details of the included Covid coverage here.
You can take out this insurance directly with us when you make your reservation.
The right of withdrawal in accordance with §18 para. 1 no. 10 of the Austrian Remote and External Business Act (FAGG) does not apply; instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply.
